The quality system is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that it remains current and effective, and to set objectives for continuous improvement.

Document Control

Ensures that all documents relating to the quality system remain secure, current and are not subject to unauthorised changes.

Training

EZ Clear staff are fully trained to ensure they possess the necessary qualifications and skills to carry out their duties to a high level of competency.

Resource Management

Provides the necessary resources to ensure that product manufacture, storage and delivery are carried out in an efficient manner.

Product and Process Development

Covers all stages of new product introduction and product variation in response to customer demand, including planning, design &development, product realisation and change control.

 

Purchasing and Approved Suppliers

EZ Clear suppliers are subject to an approval process to ensure that their products and / or services meet our

stringent quality requirements.

Handling and Storage

Ensures the safe handling, storage, packaging, preservation and delivery of raw materials, work in progress and finished

goods.

Calibration and Maintenance

All manufacturing, inspection, measuring and testing equipment is maintained and calibrated according to manufacturers’

requirements to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Production Control

Production planning, bulk product blending and finished product packaging are carried out according to strict procedures

and use automated software systems to ensure that products are manufactured to our comprehensive quality

specifications and with full traceability.

Quality Control

Quality control testing is carried out on raw materials, bulk products and finished products to ensure that they meet our

quality specifications.

Non-Conformances

In the unlikely event that something should go wrong, the non-conformance system documents such deviations and

sets out corrective and preventative actions to resolve the issue and avoid re-occurrence.

Auditing Systems

The quality management system is audited on an annual basis, both internally and independently by QMS International

Ltd., who provide our ISO certification.

Customer Complaints and Satisfaction

Should a customer have cause to raise a complaint, this is fully documented and followed until the client is satisfied with

the resolution. Customer satisfaction is also monitored on an annual basis and any issues rectified.

Crisis Management

Details the procedures that must be carried out following an adverse event in order to ensure there is no interruption to

manufacture and product supply.
